About The STEP Program

CCJM Solutions, LLC. is a technical development and recruitment agency located in Atlanta, GA.  We help growing companies by developing cloud-based contact center platforms and we also help them staff those platforms with top notch customer support agents.  We aim to help qualified applicants attain and keep long-term, remote customer service positions with our clients. 

 

Why The STEP Program?

 

Due to the high turnover rate in the remote customer service industry, many of our clients require that agents pay for certification courses as well as undergo non-paid phases during their certification training.  This helps to deter applicants who are not serious about this type of work. 

 

We understand that this is not always an option for qualified applicants who need to secure employment and start making income right away.

 

Our goal here at CCJM Solutions is to never turn away a qualified applicant due to their inability to pay for client certification, undergo the non-paid portions of the training, or afford the proper equipment to service our clients.

What is The STEP Program?

The STEP Program which stands for Solutions That Empower People Program aims to help pay for the cost of client certification programs as well as to provide a bi-weekly stipend to agents while they complete the non-paid portion of their certification training.  We also aim to help with helping agents attain the proper equipment to service our clients through our partnerships and generous donors.

Who Can Apply for STEP?

 

In order to qualify for this program applicants must;

1.  Apply for a remote customer service opportunity with CCJM Solutions;

2.  Must be able to demonstrate a financial need (ex. currently unemployed, on government assistance, and/or referred by a caseworker or one of our partnering agencies);

3.  Must be able to pass a background and drug screening check (the drug screen is not a requirement for all clients).

What happens after I apply for STEP?

Once we receive your application for our program it will go to review.  During this process, we will work hard to find a sponsor within our donor network.  You will be contacted within 48 hours of your application to discuss the status of your application and our recruiters will keep you informed throughout the process.
